The Foundation operates on the basis of the so called national networks. The national network coordinator in Poland is the International Cultural Centre.

LOOK FOR PARTNERS AMONG POLISH ALF MEMBERS AND CONSULT THEIR FIELDS OF ACTIVITIES
Being a member of the Foundation network means not only participating in the development of an active and engaged civil society movement at the Euro-Mediterranean level and building a common vision for the Euro-Mediterranean region. It also gives one an opportunity to take part in the ALF activities - workshops, seminars, forums. Moreover, ALF members can apply for financial support of their projects within ALF calls for proposals and cooperate with organizatons and institutions from 37 countries of Euro-Mediterranean Partnership.
To become a member of the Polish network organization/institution should be either public or private and have a legal status in one of the 37 Euro-Mediterranean Partnership countries. It has to interested in cooperation in the Euro-Mediterranean region according to the ALF objectives. Membership in the Foundation is free of charge.

A coordinator of the national network (in Poland this role is played by the ICC) takes an autonomous decision about the admission of the organization to the national network. The applicant is informed about it in not more than 6 weeks from the day of the registration.
