The Diversity Charter signed
On February 14, 2012, during a conference held at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in Warsaw, organized by the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment and Responsible Business Forum, the Polish Diversity Charter was launched. The document was signed by representives of 14 companies - Aviva, British American Tobacco Polska, Danone, Deloitte Polska, Grupa Orbis, Grupa TP, Grupa Żywiec, Kompania Piwowarska, L'Oreal Polska, Nutricia, Provident Polska S.A., PwC, Totalizator Sportowy sp. z o.o. and Unilever.
The Diversity Charter is a written obligation signed by a company which declares to introduce the prohibition on discrimination in the workplace and decides to undertake measures to create and promote diversity.
